TRADITIONAL LISTING PLAN:         Review Our Listing Agreement Online

Traditional Plan 1.5% due at Closing to Listing Brokerage (See Services for Platinum Plan below). No Upfront Fees. Traditional Services, 12 Month Term. ($395 is due for early termination of Traditional Marketing)

FLAT FEE LISTING PLANS:

Full Service:  

Platinum Plan. $2,500 Upfront, Full Service Up to 12 Months (Compare "Homie" Flat Fee @ $5,000 to $10,000, DO NOT OVER PAY FOR THE SAME SERVICES) the Seller’s Agent will also include Framed Company Sign, Realtor Approved Key Box and Photo Appointment upon request. 

Gold Plan. $1,250 Upfront,  Full Service Up to 12 Months, the Seller’s Agent will also include Company Sign upon request.  Platinum Services available "a la cart".  You have a choice.

Limited Service: (Limited item? Seller becomes the contact person for scheduling appointments) 

Silver Plan. $ 750 Upfront. Limited Service, Up to 12 Months Framed Company Sign, Realtor Approved Key Box and Photo Appointment are available as Menu item

Bronze Plan $ 150 Upfront.  Limited Service, Renewed Monthly, Up to 12 Months Framed Company Sign, Realtor Approved Key Box and Photo Appointment are available as Menu item.

Limited Service:  Utah's Required Services (minimum): The Principal Broker shall: (a) Accept and present offers to seller, (b) Advise seller on offers, and (c) Assist seller with preparing and communicating counter-offers.

 

Traditional and Full Service:  In addition to the Utah required services above, the Seller’s Agent will: Participate on the seller's behalf in scheduling appointments, contract negotiations & contract documentation between Seller and Buyer or Seller and Buyer Broker/Agent.

Frame included with TRADITIONAL SERVICE PLANS.  Add a Frame to Limited Plans ($150.00 mailed) or optional Sign & Frame placement and retrieval. for $175.00
